Speed is generally good, however the service has been unreliable with several outages they blame on 3rd parties which isn't very reassuring.

When it works great…when it doesnt…be prepared
When the service works it’s great, speed tests do show heavy fluctuations but in the whole stable for what you pay for. Issues come when there problems work men left saying all fixed it wasn’t was...

They need to improve their service quick
Too many times technical problems. They promise state of the art router, but in fact is the worst route I ever have. If you knew better I stay with my old provider.

It’s mostly ok.
Mostly ok. The Linksys mesh is a tad hit and miss. The advertised speeds (300mbs) aren’t hugely faster IRL than our old 25mbs setup. And the days of no service drive me crazy. Emails saying system...
Great delivery, pro active on faults. They do what they say they are going to do. Service way better than BT in every aspect.

Great product, great service
Delivers great speeds and a very reliable service. They have good communication with customers. All in all, very happy with the service provided

Reliable strong signal
Gigaclear provide a strong internet service which is very reliable. They are not the cheapest but I am very satisfied with what they provide. Obvious all services have unavoidable technical problems...
