Ok most of the time but let’s me down when it matters.
Fine most of the time but pretty consistently let’s me down when I use it for zoom calls so end up having to use 4mb/s inferior BT alternative which appears to be more reliable.
Great speed and service, very rare to experience any drop-outs and planned outage is fine as you’re notified well in advance. Much better than any other provider we have used!

Good Internet, **** customer service.
The worst customer service I have ever experianced. The only reason it's not 1 star is because when the internet was working it was great. But god forbid you have any reason to call them for anything...
