Good but abit expensive

Less frequent outages. Seem to have regular outage about 10.00 am.

broadband supply is always consistently good, very rarely a problem.

Proactive contact at renewal of contract, a real contrast from the “can’t be ***** attitude” of many large corporates.

Download speed very variable. Paying for 400gb. Regular speed tests only rarely goes over 180gb

because its had more faults in 1 year than sky did in 10

Great service - good reliability and communication is good.

Very little down time, and speed nearly always as advertised. I am at the end of my contract and the price is due to go up with no discount for signing a new contract.
