Price hike not acceptable, lots of outages, some they tell you about but frequent no internet available. When it works it's good but overpriced.

Fast efficient service.

Gigaclear provides a good broadband service and is good at warning users of any outages. The service seems a little expensive for the performance received, or it would probably justify full marks.

Disappointed as we seem to have had quite a few times when the network has not been available. It always seems to happen when having a meeting online or needing to submit work.
