I will be emailing you explaining why the refund amount was different from the total renewal that was taken and also on why the premium was slightly higher that the previous policy. Good Service Bad Spoken English
Service is good but the girl cannot really speak english and is hard to understand and not really understand me. 100% if someone can speak english on the other end.
