Easy and cost effective. Really easy to set up and cost effective. Hopefully I won't need to test the claims process but it if as easy then I will be delighted.

Appalling service.
Please use a call centre in the UK not not voices the other side of the the world,who keep thanking us for our patience but take absolutely ages. They often do not understand the request being made...

Also, it was above her authority so she couldnot proceed without the referrals. We are certainly looking to give more training and more authority to front line staff to be able to manage customer requests quickly. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
