Thankyou for your valuable feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused while taking a temporary cover over the phone. You were in a hurry and wanted to set up cover quickly. Unfortunately there was some technical issue which caused delay. However, the call could have been handled better to avoid any further delay for you. I have listened to the call and provided feedback to the agent. I can assure you that we have taken necessary steps to ensure you don't have to too long to set up similar cover in future.

Excellent staff and very competitive quote
It was the first time that I had chosen Allianz. Their staff were very helpful and the quote for my insurance was very reasonable - far lower than I had been paying elsewhere.
The website didn’t answer all my questions about insuring my sons rented instrument but a swiftly answered phone call with a lovely polite helpful member of staff sorted everything out incredibly...
Easy to fill in form and only a few questions to answer !
