Thank you for you feedback. We sorry to hear you that you are disappointed with the service. We have looked into this for you and we apologise that your confirmation did not confirm the shipping amount, however this was clearly outlined before you placed the order as it was shown at the checkout and explained over the phone by a member of the team that as the order is under £50 there would be delivery fee. We did also re-send the confirmation to you that included this. We are however looking into why the confirmation was incorrect, and apologise if this caused confusion.
We offer all of our customers free delivery over £50 and the customer returns the items at their own cost either via collect + or post office to our warehouse and not in store. All of our delivery and return information can be found on our website prior to placing an order so that there is no confusion. We can appreciate your frustration and are saddened to hear you will not be shopping with us again. We will look into possible future changes with regards to returns and do hope that if you do decide to shop with us again your experience will be much more pleasant.
