We are so very sorry to hear this. I have looked into your order and can see that your confirmation did say next day delivery and this was supposed to be the case. However, our system was showing as having 1 pair left in our main warehouse which actually turned out to be a discrepancy and we therefore had to call this from our external warehouse which caused the delay. You should have been informed by a member of our team and I apologise if this was not the case. We are happy to hear you liked the shoe and we are looking into other options for our packaging.

Thank you for your response. No, we had no communication from your staff and as indicated in my review, I called on multiple occasions and could not get a phone response which in itself I do not think is very good from the customers perspective - why do staff not pick up the phone? I would suggest that not only do you review the packaging but that you also ensure that your phones are answered.

We are sorry to hear that, however our staff usually answer all the calls, and if a message is left when we will always call back. Perhaps you were calling outside our head office opening times which are 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday? But we will be sure to look into this nevertheless. Thank you for your feedback.

It look a while for the shoes to arrive..when they did my daughter loved them so I was happy in the end

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and can see your confirmation did state 5-7 day working days. And your order was dispatched for you on the 6th working day. Items in our main warehouse will be dispatched for next working day delivery and items that we call from our external warehouse (such as yours) will take 5-7 days. If you need a shoe urgently then please do give us a call and we can always give you an estimate before placing the order to hopefully avoid any disappointment. We are so glad to hear your daughter loved them in the end, we hope she enjoys wearing them.

In general very efficient and good except if I want to exchange for sizes, I'm paying double on courier fees, i.e., once to have the item sent to me and another one one for the exchange.
