Thank you for your feedback. We have not been aware of the sizing issue on this style before but will definitely look into this for you. I appreciate your concern with ordering another size, what we suggest here is calling one of our concessions, perhaps our Selfridges Ox St 0207 318 3548 or Fenwick Brent Cross 0208 203 3537 and they will be able to give you some fitting advice based on this style. As explained in our delivery information; items in our main warehouse will be dispatched for next day delivery, whereas items in our external warehouse can take 5-7 working days, which was outlined in your order confirmation. If you need a shoe urgently please do not hesitated to contact us before placing an order and we can give you a rough estimate or direct you to one of our stores closest to you where you may be able to purchase them if in stock.

Thank you for your feedback. Whist we can understand your issue here, we have for a long time only had concessions, in which we could not allow online returns as they come under shops such as Harvey Nichols/ Selfridges etc. However, this is something we will consider for the future for our stand alone stores.
