Can't fault the service, originally bought one of there bottles from a store which was faulty. Contacted water to go who then sent me a discount code to purchase another bottle direct. Email reply...
Not sure what you mean. It arrived when I expected it

We are surprised to receive your comments, if the filter is activated the flow rate should be quite quick. Drinking by tilting the bottle with the mouthpiece below the bottle should deliver 17 mls per second, enough to empty a 75 cls bottle in less than a minute.
The bottle you have selected is squeezy and a little pressure would deliver a 'good gulp'. Explore, among dozens of other travel companies, recommend these bottles for quality AND ease of drinking.
If you continue to struggle please let us know.
The bottle was delivered quickly and I was kept up to date about delivery. The bottle feels really nice and is a good size for day to day use whilst on holiday. Refilling looks to be really easy. ...
