I've complained before about the lids, got offered a replacement but it never appeared.

After your email and my immediate response on the 31st July 25, and your reply on 2nd August, two new lids were sent to the address you provided. As I did not hear anything back from you and as you had my personal email, I hoped / believed that this issue had been resolved. I am sorry to hear that you now state that you didn't receive them and that you have left this review.
I shall ensure that another two lids are sent. We would really appreciate if you could let us know that all is in order by replying to this Feefo response once you have them and have tried them.
As ever, for the record, I stand by my products personally address the rare issues we encounter and stress that all Water to Go products have a life time guarantee.

Whilst we as humans can reduce pressure on ourselves by swallowing, adjusting to air pressure on a flight, unfortunately the bottles cannot. Any bottle, even simple bottled water has this issue on the aircraft. If the cap is left slightly open, this will reduce the chance of pressure building up, and squirting out or leaking on board.
