1. You may choose to have the parcel collected or to go to a parcel shop.
2. Access the system through the link and complete the form giving your address, collection date, order number etc.
3. Once this is completed you will be given a barcodeto attach to the parcel, please make a note of the collection reference for tracking purposes.
4. The courier will scan the barcode on collection.
5. If this is a large item, you need to contact our Customer Service for assistance.
Please note returns can take up to 2 weeks to be refunded.
