I’m sorry to hear that the hotel didn’t have all of the amenities you were seeking for your stay though I’m glad to learn that you’re suite had a great view.
I was equally saddened when you reached out to us shorty after checking in to inform us about the hotel incorrectly charging you for the prepaid suite. I understand the frustration of having been requested to pay for the suite a second time. Once you contacted us about this issue, I was able to get ahold of a helpful guest agent at the hotel who acknowledged the mistake and applied the appropriate payment to your booking. We’re working closely with the hotel to ensure that doesn’t happen again. Suiteness believes that you deserve a trouble free stay so we have issued you non-expiring credits to book with us again so that we can make it up to you for the check-in issues you faced.

Concierge is useless. 4 different times was just referred to front desk of hotel. Leaves me worried for the check in process

I'm really sorry to hear that. I wasn't able to find any correspondence to see where the Suiteness Concierge team might not have been able to assist in the most ideal manner however making sure our guests heard and are assisted in the most efficient manner is our top priority. Since we are located off-site, sometimes we do connect guests directly to the front desks are in charge of making sure on-site guests are taken care of and any on-site requests like rollaway inventory and early check-in availability.
We're hoping as we grow, we can gain more control over the check-in process through our hotel partnerships to make it easy on you and all of our wonderful guests. I really appreciate the feedback and you using Suiteness for your upcoming trip.
