Stay away from Sephora

I returned an unopened item two weeks via mail and never received my refund. A shame. I absolutely would not recommend Sephora. Shady business practice.

And still I have not received my refund. It has been the most painful process working with Sephora customer service. Avoid Sephora at all costs… they took my money! I have no product and no money.
