Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you have some missing items from your recent order from Build a Bear, I know this must be very disappointing for you. Please be assured that our processors are very careful on handling our customers orders when they arrive with us especially ones that contain many small bits and pieces. When these types of packages are received its also difficult to check if all the components are contained in the package as everything isn't always listed on delivery notes. I see that you have had issues with Build a Bear in the past, maybe if you are experiencing the receipt of missing items on a regular basis and you contact Build a Bear they should replace any missing items from your order. We're more than happy to hold these items for an extended period of time and include them in your next shipping order.
