My call was handled ok - some difficulty understanding accent. Not sure why you’ve now chosen to use an overseas call centre as it takes longer. My last call before this one took approx 16 minutes...

We apologise if you were affected by the wait time, over the past few months the Exotic Direct team have been affected by unexpected absences which has caused wait times to be longer than normal.
