Your order is on the way to you but I’m sorry to hear it hasn’t arrived yet! It’s due to be delivered by close of business on Tuesday but please do let us know if the ties haven’t arrived by then and we’ll look into this further. We didn’t make any errors on your order – one offer was redeemed on the order in question and it was requested that we apply another, which is against the terms and conditions of the offers. Nevertheless, as requested, a free tie has been despatched to you.
