We are sorry there was some confusion relating to the colour of your shirts. In response to your concerns, we conducted a quality inspection and can confirm that the product within our warehouse matched our intended description. It is, therefore, likely that the colour settings on the device you used to place your order caused the difference you have noticed. It would be most helpful if you could attach an image of the shirt you received in your response so that we may investigate further.

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear that one of the shirts you received was the incorrect size. I can see that all shirts were ordered in the same size so I can only assume that this was an error within our Warehouse and for that I am sorry. In regards to the packaging and the lack of a second button on the cuff, I've fed this back to our team for their consideration for future seasons. Nevertheless, despite these shirts being returned I do so hope that you'll consider trying another of our ranges in the near future.
