We are in a dual occupancy dwelling and have had your insurance since the units were built and the builder provided your company as our provider. We split the annual cost and pay our halves...

Hi Renewal terms are generally sent approximately six to eight weeks prior to the due date. Our system will automatically send a reminder 14 days prior to the day date even though some people pay closer to or on the due date. Apologies we appeared to be pushy. Regards Vicki
