Easy to use and apply Merlin passes.
I would recommend yes. I’ve been before and really enjoyed the experience. I expect it to be better this time round because I know where things are and can manage my time more efficiently.

Really easy to book, and when we had a problem with the date we had chosen the team were fantastic. Cancellation insurance was well worth the money

Santa’s sleepover
Booking was fine (Santa’s sleepover), no problems. However the times for some of the activities were hard to find.
Some activities and mealtimes are to be booked by yourself and others by the team...
