Mostly straight forward
Prices and options are very varied and well explained! Finding how to purchase things separately such as scare maze tickets took a while it's not easy to find the options for purchasing them

The booking system was easy to use. One thing that caused the issues where the tickets. in the past they have been given with the rooms. Now they only show with partner Hotels? I had to phone...
