Prices seem to be increasing disproportionately year on year and deliberate obfuscation of pricing for different dates and hotels leaves a bad taste for such a well known theme park.

Easy to use web site we could see the number of people to rooms so we will be comfortable on our stay in October

OK, but impossible to find the advertised discounts.
When prices are advertised as 'From £38pp' and when you look, you can only find prices at £81pp, it's frustrating - there needs to be a way to easily find the less expensive deals.

Facilities excellent and customer service.
Excellent facilities for kids, entertainment and staff. Only downside was lack of consideration of some guests running and shouting down corridors
