Tried booking over phone which wasn’t successful after several attempts in future make sure phone booking is an easier process, booked via website which did work fine

It was not clear that the 2 for 1 deals needed to be redeemed on consecutive days.
It took several attempts to make the payment as a discounted price was shown but only at checkout it was not...
