Poor website functionality - not sure where the 40% discount was !!
Took me 3 attempts to pay. 2 sessions at paying just hang. I had to phone my credit card company to check the payment hadn't gone through before i attempted at 3rd.

Booking through Alton towers website
Very easy to book and select room type. It would be useful if you had the option to book park tickets at the same time and this is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Difficult to navigate. Unable to make breakfast booking for my stay

Terrible. Can’t believe you’re allowed to book a package when the park isn’t open and you’re not even told.
