Hi Lill, We try to make our showroom a warm and welcoming place, so we’re very sorry that this wasn’t your experience. We’ve spoken to the staff member who served you and it sounds as though he was finishing off an enquiry when you arrived. We understand that you would have appreciated more prompts to help you choose a fan, and this is something we will try to improve on in the future, including actively encouraging customers to try out the fans including the lights to see how bright they are.
