Our records show a customer service adviser emailed you on the 14th of October with a Denial of receipt form to sign and return to confirm that you did not receive the order, this may have gone into your junk/spam. Our records show a customer service adviser resent the order again on the 10th of October, unfortunately this was lost again at the couriers. We can confirm that a refund has been issued.
