I'm really sorry to hear that your order has not been received as yet. This is a situation that is outwith our control as this is an issue with Royal Mail having strike action and cyber security attack that had halted International orders from them. I ordered these items and paid through PayPal. I received no communication and have not received the goods. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund through PayPal.
