Have been with real for about 10 years and just had to make my first claim, the staff were helpful and explained everything to me and it was fast. Will stick with real for my car insurance.
The pricing of the premium is excellent. Shame my renewal premium was more expensive due to the loyalty tax. I was on hold for 3 hours and 17 minutes because the IVR does not work properly

The customer service person was very accommodating and helpful. She was efficient and had our requested sorted quickly. It is just a shame that Real (like other insurance companies) sends out renewal...

Today I spent 45 minutes talking to a lady re the above.
Absolutely nothing was achieved !
No attempt to improve my policy and all the lady kept on saying was either delete one thing or add another to improve the policy in my favour.
We now have a total of three policies with Real.
My partner is not happy with your company and wants me to look elsewhere for better options.
I have been a client of Real for about ten years and I am disappointed that your company has not tried to make a small adjustment to meet our needs.
