Very pleased
Excellent and easy to use website, only trouble is sometimes it takes 3-4 days for my fund orders to be executed. Seems like a long time, but I have no comparison for this.

Thanks for the feedback. All fund orders do take a little longer than share orders as the settlement process is 3 or 4 days (depending on the fund in question), as opposed to 2 days for shares. If you have any other queries about fund orders, please contact us.

Just address - try, at least - clients' queries, particularly when the answer should be trivial for a company whose business is providing SIPPs!

I'd recommend them - simple and low cost
I would recommend and I continue to use them. Web interface is simple to navigate and fees are very reasonable. Administration again is efficient and no fuss.
Sometimes hard to contact them by phone...

A great service
The website is really easy to use, and the buying service is fast and straightforward. The regular newsletters are excellent. There are just too many funds to choose from.

Would recommend them. I especially like the new speediness at which the sell (or buy) notification appears after I have initiated the contract.
