They sometimes take a long time to answer the phone especially if you ring around lunch time. I don't find your website easy to navigate at times

Easy dealing
I like the ease of trading on line and on occaision when it has not been possible to get an immediate quotation, I have left a limit order and the deals have been made entirely to my satisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback. We don’t currently have any plans to introduce stop buys (setting a higher price to buy when the stock moves up to that price) but we will pass your feedback onto the relevant team. Thank you also for your feedback about cancellations of limit orders. A straight cancellation should be fairly instantaneous as long as the order isn't in progress, but a 'cancel & rebook' option may take longer, especially outside market hours.

Website feels secure but still easy to use. Magazine useful tips, adds to my knowledge from other reading. Phone calls anaswered promptly and helpfully when necessary.
