Thank you for your feedback. The availability of a live quote depends on which stocks you are dealing in. It may be that you're dealing in AIM listed stocks, for which there is less liquidity, and therefore it's less likely you'll get an online quote. If you can't get an online quote for any stock, you can always give us a call and our dealing services team will look into it for you.

I find the website easy to navigate. Buying, selling and dividend reinvestment is straightforward. Easy to research companies (at an amateur level). The weekly on-line magazine is very informative....

However, there shouldn’t be inconsistencies with the stock names, so if you email us examples, we'll make sure they're corrected.
