Welcome home from your tour and we are sorry to hear of the hold up while waiting for other passengers who had already departed for their hotel. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please rest assured this was an isolated incident which we have not encountered before. Nonetheless, we hope the rest of your tour provided some highlights. Also we regret the delay in informing you that your transfer had already been booked to pick you up from the airport to your home address. Kind regards, Junior
