Thank you for posting your review of the service you have received and please rest assured the tipping facility is their to make the whole process of tipping easier. Taking away the uncertainty of who and how much to tip while you are on tour, your guide will then distribute the tips fairly among your local guides and drivers throughout the duration of your tour. We regret you were not aware of this as this information would appear in our brochure and under the 'useful information' section of each tour on our website.
