Thank you for your comments following your return home from your tour and we are pleased you have overall enjoyed your time in China. Please be advised that the tipping facility on board your Cruise ship is a common practice by cruise operators and not within the control of Wendy Wu, nonetheless, we appreciate your comments relating to this. Within China, rice and noodles tend to be the staple dish served and are considered the main part of the dish. With Desserts not being very popular, it is common to end meals with fresh pieces of fruit to cleanse the palate. Thank you again for your comments and we will be sure to pass over your comments tour China office who will in turn forward over to Raymond - who will be delighted to hear your comments. Kind regards, Junior
