Part of our service is to ensure seamless check-ins for you, so on behalf of the team I apologize for the confusion and extra time it took to sort. I shared this information with our By-Your-Side Service℠ team for awareness in case this issue arises again and we can learn how to prevent it. As for the sister hotel being listed instead of the correct one, this was an error on our end and for that I do apologize again. We will be sure to cross-check our documents extra carefully in the future. I did speak with Stephanie and you will be receiving a credit to make up for the lost time that was spent during check-in confusion.
