Hi Sharon, We apologize that the trip you booked with us did not live up to your expectations. It's always our goal to build an itinerary that you truly love and one that checks all of the items off your travel wishlist. We're sorry to hear that wasn't totally the case this time. We have had time to review your comments internally, including a conversation with our Director of Sales & Service and your Personal Travel Specialist. We did want to note a few things: In our proposal you received with pricing, it does state that GPS in the rental vehicles is not included. We're sorry swapping vehicles took extra effort, but as a general rule it is never included when booking with us. After speaking with Stephanie, it seems you both had several conversations about the rapid pace of the itinerary and how much could be accomplished in your timeframe. She did mention she suggested less stops and a slightly slower pace so you would not be traveling so much day-to-day, and there were also drive times indicated on the itinerary at the quote stage so you could get an idea of what travel time would look like. We understand your frustration with the Glasgow hotel and the incorrect charge to your card—we apologize for the confusion and time it took to get sorted! We are glad you called our 24/7 Traveler Hotline so we could get this fixed for you, which we did, though we did not hear from you after that initial call. Stephanie did reach out during your trip to ask if you were enjoying your time and also once more after you returned home, but she did not hear back. While we hoped this meant you were enjoying yourself, we're sad to know that wasn't quite the case. Our goal with those calls is to make sure everything is living up to your expectations, and if not, we can do our best to remedy while you're in-destination. That being said, it does look like your Tenon Tours app was not updated from the proposal stage, so if you did attempt to reach out through the app, that wouldn't have been possible, and we're very sorry for that hiccup. Ultimately, we do hope you enjoyed your time at your conference and had a memorable time exploring Scotland, England and Ireland. Thank you for choosing Tenon Tours.
