Unfortunate bed drama, no shower jel, stained dust ruffle
The hotel was beautiful. As we walked in it was everything we needed at the time of my Aunts funeral. Booking was great, very hospitable and helpful in getting reservation with Brandi.

Hi there,
Drama of any kind, especially bed drama, is terrible for everyone involved. I am so sorry about this experience and thank you so much for allowing me to work on this issue and find a resolution for you.
Please feel free to reach out to the concierge team at concierge@suiteness.com anytime if you decide to use us again at another property and we'd love to see if there's anything we can do to make it extra special. :-)

Over payment
I over pay a booking by mistake. They were able to get my money back, and I actually was able to speak with a live person
