Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention, we truly appreciate it! I am so sorry you about the issues you encountered, your experience at this property was completely unacceptable and something that we have raised with the hotel team to ensure it never happens again.
I know that was not the stay you were expecting, as a traveler myself I completely understand how frustrating it can be when things don't work out the way you expected. We have reached out to the hotel and they mentioned that they did provide some form of compensation for your troubles. That being said, Suiteness believes that you deserve a hassle free and relaxing stay so I have issued you non-expiring credits to book with us again so that we can make it up to you.

Do not recommend
I got double charged. Once by Suiteness and once by the hotel for the same stay. I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from suiteness about this either. Just all around frustrating and...

The entire Concierge team as well as our partnerships team was aware of your situation and doing as much as possible to help Kate take care of your reservation. A combination of a last minute change for a highly trafficked event and hurricane conditions is no excuse however seems to be the culprit behind the hotel severely being overbooked before they were able to stop reservations from occurring. Not getting our guests exactly what they booked is the last thing we'd ever want to do and we are so sorry about this experience. We're connecting with our teams at the hotel to continue following up on this event to make sure it never happens to any of our guests again.
