Thank you for your thoughts. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed Orkney, I love it there. I note your comments re group sizes. We are aware this is an issue for clients and have recently introduced stricter controls on group sizes so hopefully this will cease to be an issue for you. More and more we are switching to providing GPS traces for leaders and all leaders have a one to one briefing before leading. Alas we can not control the situation were the leader breaks a leg just before traveling and somebody has to take over at short notice but I hope we are addressing your concerns here. Thanks for your comment - we have actually looked at the possibility of introducing a door to door service on several occasions in recent years. Unfortunately, with holiday participants coming from all over the country, the cost of this service would seem to be prohibitive. We will keep this under review though for the future. Despite your difficulty in choosing your holiday, you have however made a good choice. Having just spent a week at the Hotel Mary in Vico Equense I can assure you that the location, staff and food at the hotel are great and you should enjoy a particularly varied walking and sightseeing programme. There's more to do than you have days to do it; you're in for a great holiday. Watch out for the hotel's own home made limoncello - if NASA ever decides to go back to the moon, this is a particularly tasty rocket fuel. Angus Russell Planning Manager
