New zealand continues to be a popular destination for us, we're sorry that the particular holiday you booked had to be withdrawn. We too hope that your Bulgarian winter holiday attracts enough bookings; it's looking promising at this early stage. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Many thanks for your comments and we're please to hear your found your holiday an interesting experience. We're sorry though to hear that some of the local walks were shorter than expected. However we are aware that it was particularly warm during your holiday with temperatures in the thirties throughout. We are also aware that during your visit some paths were closed without warning by the local authorities due to army exercises causing some unexpected changes to the leader's planned walks and would certainly have had an impact of the smooth running of the programme. Thanks for your feedback, and we're pleased to note that overall you enjoyed your holiday. Our Product Manager has now been able to look into your queries and we have now been assured by our local transfer company that this issues you have raised will not be repeated for future holidays. Regarding your concerns about the hotel in Lisbon, although the public rooms are of a high standard, we recognise that the bedrooms are not quite as plush. However following your comments we will be revisiting this hotel in the near future to review the standards. If you'd like to be reassured as to the arrangements for any future holidays, we'd be glad to talk to you - feel free to get in touch. Angus Russell Planning Manager
