We're sorry for the difficulty you experienced in trying to use your debit card which would be unconnected to our website - current payment card regulations mean that we are not permitted to process card payments ourselves directly. The law requires that all card payments have to be routed through an authorised secure third party payment card handling system and the card issuer's own security systems as well.
