Very efficient

Very efficient. Good communications and kept up to date with progress of my claim. One of best features is the fact that you have the assurance that Kia original parts were used to repair my vehicle.

Very poor customer car.. a no fault clam took 7 months because Kia sent the wrong part incorrectly on three separate occasions to the repairers. Staff unhelpful.

Kia turned my car round in 48 hours. I didn't even drive the hire car they arranged. Best of all, they let me know what was going on the whole time. Brilliant.

No benefit over using your own insurance company, but adds complexity.

Extremely long wait to speak over the phone (50 minutes each time) and they would not communicate by email. Did not provide updates on progress and I had to chase to find out. Replacement car...
