Unresponsive, non-existent service.

There was no service. Calls were never returned, I had to keep calling. I was told Kia Aftercare can't deal with Kia to undertake repairs.

We are so sorry that the service provided was not of our normal standard and we will fully investigate what has happened during the process of your claim. Kia Accident Aftercare do deal with Kia when required. I note you had problems with the charger and delays caused with the vehicle going back to the dealership. We will, of course fully investigate all the points you have raised to ensure that any poor levels of service are fully dealt with. Assuring you of our best intentions.

Fast, friendly and efficient

Excellent service, polite efficient and informative. This was my first accident and everything was sorted so quickly I am swapping my insurance when it is due.
