Our website is not live and our sales agent offered the best alternative available at the time of confirmation. The costs offered at that time were accepted and the booking made in line with your requirements which, we note, include checked bags which are not included in our online costs. This may of course relate to the extra £72 quoted in your review. We further note that you have been given a substantial discount which does show on your ATOL receipt.

Thank you for your positive comments. The sales department cannot collect balance payments and you were referred to our after sales team who took the payment telephonically. You could have made payment online on our website on the 'manage booking' tab. We have checked with our customer liaison department who have not received a complaint in this regard. If you would email the issue they will respond as soon as possible.
