Seem ok but got my surname spelling wrong. It is McGhie and not Mcghie. Hope they have amended the tickets etc and I don't have any hassle at the airport. Also quoted us for 12 nights in Barcelona instead of 2 nights also hope that has been amended.

As your name is spelt correctly there will be no issue as the airline systems generally only show capital letters. The 12 nights relate to the whole holiday and not just the nights at the hotel which shows correctly on the hotel voucher.

Our after sales number is not a premium number and does not attract a 10p per minute charge. Please would you advise to whom you sent your email of complaint as this appears not to have been received by the admin or customer liaison department. As soon as this is received it will be addressed
