Mandy needs to learn how to deal with customers ! she makes mistakes and fails to keep the customer up to date ! found myself chasing for information and speaking to very rude members of staff 2 days before flying !!!!!!!!!!!!!avoid mandy at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
