If you are unhappy with the product, we would recommend returning the item back to us for either a refund, replacement or a credit. When returning a parcel back to us, we do recommend you use the Royal Mail's special recorded delivery which offers you some compensation in case the parcel goes missing, but we can appreciate that this can be fairly expensive. You are quite welcome to send the item back to us via another cheaper method if you wish, but other methods will not be insured.
