I contacted flowers direct about the flowers and they apologised and gave me a full refund immediately couldn't ask for a better service thank you very much and I will be getting my flowers from them again thank you.
Flowers were lovely on arrival but all dead less than two days later

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that the flowers did not last as long as they should have. Our items containing roses are guaranteed for 5 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, as we are now out of the guarantee I am unable to look into this for you. Please accept my apologies once again.

So despite the flowers only lasting less than two days which is well within the 5 day guarantee no action will be taken. Shocking customer service, won't be using this company again and will also advise my friends and family not too either, absolutely rubbish !

I have had a look into this and can see that the customer made an error when placing the order online and entered your details as the customer and recipient. I have removed your email and address from our marketing list, however please be advised this can take up to 30 days to be completed.
