Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We are very to sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with one of the purchased ceiling fans. Both the degree of wobble and noise described do not sound typical for the performance of this fan and is in fact the first time we have encountered such feedback. There are two options to try and resolve this for you including contacting our customer service team by sending an email to sales@fansonline.com.au with a video of the fan in operation. Alternatively, you may contact the manufacturer Brilliant Lighting on (03) 9765 2555 as they often have a few troubleshooting ideas or you may be able to claim the in-home warranty directly. Good communication, fairly quick delivery though it took them a while to get the parts together. All parts seem to be good quality, I'm happy and will probably use them next time.
