product despatched quickly friday and arrived the following monday. was a bit wary when it arrived with carton damage but the product was ok. maybe better packaging would be good.
You need to communicate earlier about estimated delivery time so work schedules can be arranged.

We aim at quick dispatch and delivery, as soon as the order has left the warehouse tracking details are sent to allow our customers to have a rough idea of when they will receive their order. However, for any future orders feel free to give us a call as we can instruct our courier to hold off on delivery until ready and can then specify a suitable timeframe. Hope this helps 😊
You send out damaged product and rather than refund you hide behind a false clause of " return because i changed my mind" This is not acceptable in business and I am talking to fair trade

Hi Burnie,The Airbus is one of the most popular fans in our range and therefore is certainly not considered a poor-quality product. In instances where a damaged product has been received it is normally resolved by a replacement being sent out which is in line with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. As we did not have this opportunity and the entire order was returned it then generally falls under our change of mind policy. However, our team prior to the submission of this review have accepted the return and generously waived the usual fees issuing a full refund. We thought this would be the resolution you were seeking and are extremely disappointed by such a negative review.
